Every class is a 40 minute, full body workout that can be modified for every fitness level from seasoned athlete to motivated newbie. Our trainers will demonstrate proper form and modifications and move throughout the class so everyone can get the individual attention they need. All classes are first-come, first-served, so please show up 10-15 minutes early and be ready to WUUUUUUUUUURK!!!!

PiYo by One Fit Mess

Saturdays | 8:30 am & 9:30 am

Need a weekend workout -- join Jessica Caddis of One Fit Mess as she walks you through a workout at 8:30 followed by a Pilates/Yoga hybrid class at 9:30 sure to test your strength, endurance and increase your flexibility. Jessica is a certified Beach Body trainer and a former Marine... so watch out!  



Bring your kids! Don't let childcare be an excuse to not work out! Kids can play in our kid's facility while you workout hard and leave it all on the mat.
